Customer´s requirements
The challenge
The project faced several complex challenges. The available space for installation was limited, making the design and integration of ventilation systems more complicated. At the same time, the kitchen operations required very high airflow capacities to ensure effective extraction of heat, grease, and odors. Additionally, the system had to meet strict modern safety, environmental, and energy efficiency standards. Integration with the existing building infrastructure, without major structural modifications, added further complexity to the project.

The solution
To overcome these challenges, we worked closely with the designer and general contractor to develop a tailor-made ventilation system. High-performance Optima extraction hoods were installed, equipped with advanced grease filtration systems and optimized airflow control. An automatic control system was implemented, using sensors to continuously adjust operation based on real-time kitchen needs. The system also includes an integrated heat recovery unit, allowing significant energy savings by reusing heat from the extracted air. Custom ductwork and adaptive mounting solutions were designed to fit the equipment into the limited space without compromising performance or safety.
