ATREA s.r.o., IC (Company ID): 63144476, with its registered office at Ceskoslovenske armady 32, 466 05 Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Usti nad Labem, Section C, Insert 9061 (hereinafter referred to as “ATREA“) as the controller hereby informs you in compliance with the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data and your rights.

We process your personal data within the scope necessary for the purposes of:

• Meeting obligations arising from contracts
• Meeting obligations arising from the conditions of services provided
• Meeting obligations arising from legal liabilities
• Maintaining the contact details of customers' and business associates' representatives
• Sending business announcements offering products and services
• Organising business events and training including invitations and accommodation arrangements
• Personalised access to our Internet services
• Providing protection of our rights and justified interests.

In compliance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on some services of information society, ATREA uses your contact details in order to send business announcements with offers based on automated decision-making including profiling until you express disagreement with this use of your contact details.

We process the following categories of personal data:

Identification data
In order to be able to identify you unambiguously we process personal data within the following scope: name, surname, degree title, company, position in the company.

Contact details
In order to be able to contact you we process personal data within the following scope: email address, phone number, company address or contact address.

Field of expertise data
In order to provide you with information on our products and services matching your requirements we process personal data within the following scope: job, field of expertise, business questionnaires.

Data on using Internet services
In order to adjust business information to match your interest we process personal data within the following scope: IP address of your device and cookie identifiers.

We use third processing parties in order to process your personal data. Personal data processing on behalf of ATREA may be conducted only by processors based on a personal data processing agreement.

Under some circumstances your personal data may be made available to other recipients such as state authorities (Police of the Czech Republic, courts, Financial Authority of the Czech Republic) within the scope of exercising their legal authority, parties making arrangements for the sales, installation and servicing of our products, or parties providing services arranged under other agency contracts.

We keep your personal data for the duration of the contract between the company you represent and ATREA or for the duration of your registration for the use of services provided by ATREA.

After the contract between you (or the company you represent) and ATREA has been terminated or your registration for the use of services provided by ATREA has expired, we will continue to process your personal data only for the purposes and duration for which we are obliged to keep such data under generally binding legislation.

If you have provided us with consent to process your personal data for the purposes of sending you business announcements, we will process such data until you revoke your consent. Once the period of keeping your data or the period for which we are legally obliged to keep your data, we will make your personal data anonymous or delete it from our databases and systems.

We process your data in a transparent and proper manner in compliance with the GDPR and generally binding legislation. You have the right of access to your data and the right of correction. When you have provided consent to data processing, you have the right to revoke such consent at any time. If you wish to revoke your consent to processing and there is no other legal reason for processing your data, or if you express your disagreement with being sent business announcements, you have the right to have your data erased or their processing limited.

Your right of access to your data and your other rights are exercised by a written application with verified identification and signature sent by mail to ATREA's address or electronically to data box jr7n4j2, or delivered personally to ATREA.

If you believe the processing of your data is not in order, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
