The new VARIANT 2 hood is a kitchen hood with additional supply air, a so-called semi-induction hood, as the supply air is partially supplied directly to the accumulation space of the hood to increase extraction efficiency and the rest of the supply air is led through a circular directionally adjustable air outlet. The hood is equipped with fat filtration, LED lighting, and a condensate tray.
The integration of the extraction with the air supply in one unit eliminates other unaesthetic ducting in the kitchen space. The fresh air distribution through the hood ensures optimal airflow in the kitchen and thus promotes extraction efficiency. We recommend supplying a system with a DUPLEX compact air handling unit and automatic operation control.
