5 star complex - Petram resort Savudrija Croatia

Petram Resort and Residences, the largest and most attractive tourism project built in Croatia in the last ten years, is located at the northernmost point of the Croatian sea coast, right on the border with Slovenia and Italy.

The complex has 252 luxury properties - 55 tourist villas, an aparthotel with 179 vacation apartments and 18 residential apartments. On the last floor of the hotel there is a superb restaurant, which has an ATREA TPV ventilation ceiling with UVC and a fire protection system. ATREA kitchen hoods are also installed in smaller restaurants in the complex itself.
