Customer´s requirements

The challenge

The brief from the client for the mechanical system was to provide a sustainable design, considering energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, occupant comfort, functionality, serviceability and maintainability.

The project timeline required the heat recovery ventilation system to be delivered and positioned in place prior to the roof and walls being completed at the new building. This required meticulous planning to avoid any delays, ensuring that all 30 air handling units were successfully lifted and positioned within a two-week timeframe.

The challenge

Our solution

High-efficient air handling units DUPLEX Multi – 30 pcs

We supplied AMEC Technologies, our distributor in Australia, with 30 DUPLEX Multi units with flow rates from 5000 up to 10 000 m3/hr delivered to site with integrated access control system, providing a complete turnkey solution for the mechanical contractor and builder.

The solution offered multiple advantages: compact dimensions of AHUs with integrated heating and cooling coils and high variability of spigot connections significantly simplified installation and reduced space requirements for the building's technical facilities, Plug´n´Play control system then offered quality control and testing performed in the factory to reduce risk of issues during installation, no requirement for field fitting of controls to the AHUs reducing onsite labour and H&S risks, and significantly reducing time and trades for faster project timelines.
